SKATING

Skating works nearly every muscle group in the body, and gliding requires synchronized movement of the legs, which is important for joint flexibility. It also builds up the leg and abdominal muscles. Like any workout, skating is great for cardiovascular health – it improves blood pumping and the heart rate.

KARATE

Karate practice strengthens the mind, develops composure, a clearer thought process, deeper insight into one's mental capabilities, and more self-confidence. It strengthens the entire body, improves coordination, quickens reflexes, builds stamina and overall health.

TAEKWONDO

Taekwondo is a sporting and self defence practice, which brings health improvements such as balance, flexibility, stamina, strength and posture. In addition to the physical health improvements, Taekwondo is also known to benefit mental health through increased confidence, improved self-esteem, focus, concentration levels and self-discipline.
